When and where were you certified?
I was certified in 1998 with Marin Diving Center in the Sea of Cortez. Nitrox certified in 2025.
How many dives have you taken?
About 150.
What is your favorite destination?
Cozumel is my favorite dive site because I love the swim-throughs which i have never found anywhere. Plus the drift diving is so easy because the boat follows you. I love the eagles rays. I dive with Cindy Sieman at Scuba Mai; she is a dive instructor as well as a care diver. She really improved my diving skills. I call her “The Dive Whisperer”. She works in Catalina island, as well.
What was your latest dive?
Cayman Islands on the Cayman Aggressor in June 2026.
What’s next?
Catalina Island in July 2026.
Why do you love diving?
I love diving because I love swimming with marine animals like sea lions and turtles. I love to see the patterns on fish. I love the colors I see in coral and sponges.
